Las Olas - Poolside bar / swim-up bar. Pepe's Food - Grill. Advance reservations are not required, but recommended. A la carte restaurants operate on select days which vary by location. Note: Dress code: Main restaurant-gentlemen no sleeveless T-shirts; a la carte theme restaurants- gentlemen no sleeveless T-shirts, long trousers required.
