La Casona - They serve a fusion of Mexican and International cuisine and are a steakhouse by night. Dress code for dinner is casual elegant. Hours are 6:30am to 10:30pm. Lobby Bar hours are noon to 11pm.
Zama - A fusion cuisine featuring Mexican, regional and oriental menus. Dress code for dinner is casual elegant. Hours are 7am to 11pm. Zama Bar hours are 6pm to 11pm.
Deli & Gelato - Features gourmet food, 'choose your ingredients' sandwiches, baguettes and paninis, as well as some of the best Italian-style ice cream. Hours are 11am to 11pm.
Hiroshi - Serving sushi specialities. Dress code is casual elegant. Hours are 6pm to 11pm.
