Room Categories and Descriptions - ME Cancun
Room amenities include vanity mirror, iron & ironing board, plasma TV with remote control, satellite TV, international direct dial telephone, hi-speed Internet access (fee applies), coffee maker, laptop-size safe deposit box, hairdryer, radio/alarm clock, full stock mini fridge, and air conditioning.

The Level Floor - One of the most exciting additions to Me Cancun are the two Top floors, called "The Level", entirely dedicated to meeting the discerning needs and tasting of the guests. Tantalizing bedding and energizing bathroom amenities plus a Vibe and Experience Manager.
Experience Manager - The complexity of the "Experience Equation" (The Music, The Physical, And The Intangible) demands the presence of a "Master of Ceremony" in the Me Cancun. This special individual understands the vision and is capable of masterfully orchestrating the factors above. Some define it the Director of Culture, others the Brand Ambassador, we call it the Experience Manager. The Experience Manager is responsible for contacting guests prior to arrival to ensure that their stay will be stress and effort-free and caters to guests every whim for the duration of their stay. Conducts a daily walk-through to build rapport, assesses guest satisfaction, develops relationships and promotes repeat guest business. Evaluates and adjusts overall guest experiences, listens to comments, criticism and feedback, based on interaction with guests in lobby, bar, and public areas, to gain an understanding of strength and opportunity to improve personal/hotel performance. Resolves and responds pro-actively to any guest needs that have arisen and is always looking to fulfill guests expectations. Inspects public areas a minimum of 3 times per day monitoring music, video, temperature, lighting, and scents. Makes alterations as needed, also inspects the product (rooms, outlets, amenities) to ensure adherence to standards. Reviews and develops guest history records to enhance personalized service for repeat guests. Coordinates daily VIP requirements, including list distribution, room inspections, amenity placement, welcome letters, gifts, guest escorts and more.
The Living Room - The Living Room located on the 10th floor, is a private lounge that offers private check-in and check-out, and also serves as the social center of The Level where guests can relax and enjoy signature cocktails, continental breakfast, a state-of-the-art home theater, computer work stations, wireless Internet service and a personal Experience Manager.

Salt Restaurant - Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The unparalleled bounty of cuisines from around the Mediterranean are reinterpreted in the masterfully composed menu of Salt, providing an intriguing and indulgent dining experience. Chef Martinez, formerly of Fantino at the Ritz Carlton South Beach Miami, utilizes his haute cuisine experience to stay true to the original flavors of traditional cuisine while bolstering dishes with more personalized presentations and an intriguing union of flavors. A wood burning oven, a show kitchen and an array of culinary displays, allow the experience to thoroughly engage the senses.
Silk Asian Bistro - Open for dinner. ME Cancun´s Asian Bistro, Silk, surprises and enchants guests with alluring delectables and libations served in an environment that comes to life with avant-garde interior design elements and cutting edge world music. The atmosphere is playful and adventuresome and the menu is comprised of a well-crafted combination of traditional favorites such as sushi and sashimi and soy paper vegetarian rolls alongside bolder creations to create a total sensory experience. Chef Martinez´s cuisine echoes his passion for Asian fusion through the integration of international flavors and ingredients such as lemon grass, ginger, curries, miso and cardamom to create a menu full of deliciously unexpected combinations. Guests of this Cancun restaurant can also enjoy the theatrical experience of Silk´s Teppanyaki stations where talented chefs whip up culinary delights right before guest´s eyes.
E-Space - Get wired and log on at E-Space, ME Cancun´s ocean-view cyber café is serving up light-bites from its menu, with includes options such as wraps, sandwiches, fresh fruit and a variety of delicious desserts. E-Space also features a café, with an array of delectable drinks, and bar where its visitors can enjoy a daily ME cocktail hour with a number of local and traditional drinks.
Beach House - Acclaimed American nightlife entrepreneurs Rande and Scott Gerber put a contemporary spin on the culinary traditions of the Yucatan with the Beach House. This comfortable yet sophisticated restaurant offers guests open-air dining right on the beach, shaded by the thatched palapa roof. The Beach House invites you to enjoy dinner in a magnificent beachside setting, or dine on more casual fare such as Mahi Mahi ceviche, tacos or traditional quesadillas poolside during the day.

Rose Bar - Rose Bar is the center of lobby life. The horseshoe-shaped bar is surrounded by plush banquettes while two elaborate, intricately adorned canopy beds invite guests in for an intimate evening of lounging. Windows stretch the entire length of the lounge, providing a picturesque view of the beach and ocean. The outdoor terrace provides guests with an opportunity to relax, day or night, complete with perfect ocean views. Guests are also invited to mingle among the jet set and groove to the music of world-renowned DJs at Rose Bars weekly parties.
The Beach Club @ ME Cancun - During the day, guests of the hotel have access to The Beach Club @ ME Cancun, a lively setting mixed with a relaxed ambiance which features expansive poolside and beach areas complete with ocean-side Polynesian day beds, cabanas and a swim up bar.
